What IT services do you offer?
We deliver all the services you would expect from an IT department. Including Network services, Cloud services, Software (Microsoft 365, Adobe, AutoCAD, Docusign etc) and Hardware (PC, Printers, Monitors, Docking, Phones), Meeting rooms and IT support. With Procano, IT security is always included.
What does it mean to hire an IT consultant?
By renting an IT consultant, you have someone sitting with you at all times. Often we see that most companies get more out of buying IT support as a service. Then we take care of staffing, training, and development. Our responsibility is that your users should get answers to their questions in a good way within the agreed time.
How do I know if my company is protected against data breaches?
You can never be completely certain, but there is much you can do to become safer. Through an agreement with us, we take care of your IT security and provide you with the advice and services you need to feel secure.
How much does IT security cost for my company?
IT security has traditionally been expensive, but we have negotiated agreements with suppliers across our entire customer base and are therefore able to deliver the most cost-effective services for your business. Together, we will determine which services are 'need-to-have' and which are 'nice-to-have'.
How do I get started with onboarding and offboarding with Procano?
We take full responsibility for the onboarding process. We have a predefined project workflow carried out by a PRINCE2 certified project manager. Here, we go through all parts of your IT operations and ensure that you are well integrated into our solutions. As part of the onboarding, a kick-off meeting is held with your customer team so that you can get to know each other well and be ready for the road ahead.
What equipment do I need to collaborate with you?
We do not set any requirements for equipment to be able to collaborate with us. Our products work just as well on Apple as on Windows.
Can I buy or rent IT equipment from you?
Procano delivers equipment both as a purchase through our webshop or as a service at a fixed monthly price. This applies regardless of whether you need a PC, network, or print.
