Who is the Procano team?

To create the best customer experience, we have gathered some of the country's sharpest IT minds. Together, we are 38 employees, spread across our offices in Oslo and Porsgrunn. We are a good mix of people, ranging from experienced heads to promising youth, all with their unique perspectives and ideas.

Our Oslo office is located in Skøyen in fresh, newly renovated premises. We believe that a good working environment creates both well-being and results. Therefore, we regularly invite to social activities, whether it is shared meals or informal gatherings after work.

What will you work on?

We are going to build up our department in Strategy & Adoption and are seeking a consultant within Microsoft 365 with a primary focus on the adoption of SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot for our Oslo office. In this role, you will work advisory and customer-oriented at the intersection of IT and business. You will play an important role in ensuring that the collaborative solutions are utilized optimally at the customer.

As a consultant with us, you will help develop our newly established strategic consulting department. You will have a high degree of autonomy and freedom under responsibility to carry out independent tasks and projects towards clients. Some of your tasks will include:

• Create good, effective collaborative solutions together with the customer

• Be an advisor to the customer during the implementation of the Microsoft portfolio, including SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot. Take responsibility for the adoption of Microsoft 365 and configure solutions such as intranet and collaboration solutions

• Conduct courses on relevant topics related to the implementation of Microsoft 365's collaboration solutions

Who are we looking for?

We envision that you have:

• Experience from IT, for example, as an advisor, consultant, solution seller, super user of Microsoft 365, project manager, or similar customer-facing roles

• Good overall technical understanding within the Microsoft 365 portfolio so that you can participate in relatively detailed discussions with our customers

• Good collaboration skills and can work independently

• You are good at communicating with the customer and are curious about how technology can improve the customer's processes 

• Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both spoken and written

We also envision that you have good pedagogical skills and enjoy customer-oriented work. You have a fundamental interest in technology and Microsoft 365 in particular. You work proactively to find the best solutions and are structured and systematic.
