Who is the Procano team?

To create the best customer experience, we have gathered some of the brightest IT minds in the country. Together we are almost 40 employees, spread across our offices in Oslo and Porsgrunn. We are a good mix of people, with everything from experienced minds to young talents, all with their unique perspectives and ideas. 

Our Porsgrunn office is centrally located on Storgata, close to all the city's amenities and bus stops right at the door. We have modern offices with a large social area where we can unwind during breaks, as well as our own kitchen with cafeteria arrangements.

In addition to being a group that enjoys having fun together, we are also very focused on learning and developing. With us, there is always room for questions or suggestions for improvements, and we are quick to pivot and do things differently when someone comes up with a good idea. 


What will you be working on?

We are now looking for an IT technician and team leader for our Porsgrunn office. You will lead a team consisting of four to five other technicians, in addition to working on the service desk, operations, and project work yourself. Here, you will resolve everything from simple support inquiries to complex technical problems.

Here are your main responsibilities:  

  • Lead a team consisting of you and five IT technicians to deliver according to goals

  • Resolve tasks related to the Service Desk: support, installation, troubleshooting, field missions, and participate in onboarding projects

  • Ensure good resource planning so that the team effectively resolves technical challenges and tasks

  • Be the link between your team and the other customer teams in Porsgrunn and Oslo, as well as other departments and customers

  • Contribute actively to process development to strengthen productivity and increase customer satisfaction


Who are we looking for?

We envision that you have:

  • Relevant technical expertise and experience in technical infrastructure, with particular expertise in the Microsoft 365 portfolio, networking, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure. Here, we value breadth over depth.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with IT support and/or operations

  • Good Norwegian and English language skills, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license Class B

If you also have relevant certifications, that is an advantage.
